You will have familiarised yourself with the Adventurers Village terms and conditions upon booking, and a copy of these can also be found within this guide. Please also pay special attention to the general site information for further resort details.

🎠  WRISTBANDS - Wristbands are allocated to all stay and play guests upon check in and must be worn at all times. These wristbands will entitle the wearer to: Unlimited access to Gulliver’s Land and Gulliver’s Dinsoaur & Farm Park, from the opening times on the day of your arrival, until the closing time on the day of your departure. All free activities available within the resort as advertised on the activities schedule. Please report to Adventurers HQ if your wristband becomes lost or damaged at any point.

🚶‍♀️ SITE ACCESS (PEDESTRIAN) - Pedestrian access to and from the Adventurers Village is via the central plaza. There is a coded door to prevent unauthorised access when the Central Plaza is closed to the general public. The code is provided on the back of your key & in Adventurer’s HQ. 

📍 ADVENTURERS HQ & RECEPTION - Adventurers HQ is available during selected times throughout your stay. Visit us for information, to pre-book activities, or to browse the shop. Please note, if we are not in HQ and are out on safari, you can contact us on 07392312978. This number is also provided on the back of your room key.

🔥 BARBECUES - Barbecuing is permitted, however please ensure that you use a suitable barbecue stand, and ensure that barbecues are positioned a suitable distance from your accommodation. Disposable barbecues and barbecuing equipment are available to purchase at Adventurers HQ.

🩹 FIRST AID - First aid services are located at Adventurers HQ, or in Guest Relations or the Castle Food Court at Gulliver’s Land. If emergency assistance is required outside operational hours, please use the contact number provided within this pack for guidance.

💨 CARBON MONOXIDE AWARENESS - Your accommodation is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector. If you are planning to barbecue, please be aware that disposable barbecues give off harmful carbon monoxide gases during and after use. Please read the carbon monoxide information in this folder and follow the manufacturers recommendations at all times.

🚨 FIRE - Your accommodation is fitted with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire please evacuate immediately and raise the alarm. Please make your way to the nearest fire assembly point.

👙 HOT TUBS - Some of our accommodation units have the benefit of a hot tub for the private use of those occupants, with a maximum of 6 people using the facility at any time. If you are staying in one of our Deluxe Prospectors Lodges, please read the instructions regarding the hot tub use included within this pack. Please note that Gulliver’s will not accept liability for any accident or injury caused as a result of misuse of the hot tub, or failure to adhere to any instructions given. A member of our staff will conduct three checks a day on your hot tub, maintaining correct chlorine and PH levels as well as ensuring it is fully operational during your stay.

🧒 SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN - Children remain the responsibility of their parents and guardians at all times. Children’s play and recreational areas on site are not supervised, and we do not offer a crèche facility. Please be aware that the lake is deep and children should be prevented from venturing too close to its edge for reasons of safety.

🚲 BICYCLES/SCOOTERS - The use of bicycles and scooter is permitted within the accommodation area of the resort only, and not within any of our parks or associated attractions. It is your responsibility to ensure that any bicycles or scooters brought onto site by you or any member of your party is suitable for use by its particular user and is properly secured, at your own risk, when it is not in use. All bicycle users are required to be competent cyclists and able to ride their bicycles on a public road (i.e. be aware of the highway code rules for cyclists and cycle safety). Highway code rules apply to the private roads on site and bicycle users are required to observe these rules.

📣 NOISE - Between the hours of 8pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum. At all other times noise must be kept to a reasonable level so as not to disturb other guests. Excessively noisy or disruptive behaviour, or behaviour which has a negative effect on the amenity of other guests, is unacceptable. Guests who continue to display noisy or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the premises as per the Terms and Conditions of stay.

🧳 PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Your personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. We strongly recommend that you take any valuables with you when you leave your accommodation. Doors on our Dens, Cabins and Lodges are lockable. Please ensure that your accommodation is locked and secure when you leave it. Cars are left in the car parks at your own risk, and any personal belongings left in your vehicle remain your responsibility at all times. Please lock your vehicle securely and remove all valuable items from view. Please note that Gulliver’s will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property.

⚽ PLAY AREAS & FREE ACTIVITIES - Enjoy the many outdoor play areas that are available exclusively to Adventurers Village guests. Please ensure that you supervise your children at all times and follow any safe play guidelines posted.

📡 WI-FI - There is a complimentary Wi-Fi service available during your stay. To access this, please find GuestWiFi in your list of available Wi-Fi networks. No password is required.

ENTERING & EXITING THE RESORT

🚗 CAR PARK BARRIER CODE - The main car park for Gulliver’s Adventurers Village can be accessed by two points. For security purposes, the main entrance point is closed on an evening. After this time, guests of Adventurers Village can enter and exit the car park through the electronic barrier located on the road leading to the Gulliver’s Resort site. The code for this barrier is indicated on your key fob.

🚪 ENTRANCE GATE CODES - Of an evening, access to the plaza area via the main entrance is closed to the general public. After this time, guests of Adventurers Village can gain access to the site via a coded door entry system. The same also applies to gain access to and from the Deluxe Prospectors Lodges and Western Dens. The code for these access points is indicated on your key fob.

CHECKING OUT

👋 DEPARTURE DAY - Checkout time 10AM

You must vacate your accommodation and return your key by 10am to a member of staff in Adventurers HQ or via the key drop box located on the main door of HQ. If you are a Stay & Play customer you are more than welcome to continue to enjoy Gulliver’s Land and Farm and Dinosaur park. Your wristbands will remain valid until the closing time on your departure day. Tickets for entry to each attraction on your departure day may be purchased on the gate if entry has not been pre-booked or included as part of your stay and play package. For any further information please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

🗑️ RUBBISH - Please ensure that any rubbish is collected together and taken to your nearest bin point. For guests staying in our Safari Tents, Beach Dens or JCB Dens, the nearest bin point is located in the Safari encampment field opposite the Safari Play Area. For guests staying in our Dino Dens, Lost World Cabins, Western Dens and Deluxe Lodges, the nearest bin point is located next to the Fire Pit. If properties require excessive cleaning we will impose an additional £50 fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning time and resources.

Further seasonal activities can include, Lake Cruises, Pedalos, Dinosaur Twilight Trails, Fairy Trails, Family Quizzes, Character Visits, Alpaca Walking, Marshmallow Toasting, Reptile Encounters and makeovers!

🚧 JCB PLAY AREA - Enjoy the JCB themed play area and test your skills on our diggers, compete in a game of table football, play in the ball pit, or have a climb on the play area. Located by the JCB dens.

🦖 DINO PLAY AREA - Located by the Dino Dens. Enjoy the climbing play area or see what you can find in the Dino Dig.

🦒 SAFARI GAMES FIELD - Enjoy the climbing play area, located near to the Safari Lodges.

📚 BOOKS AND GAMES - Check out our selection of family games and children & adult books available to borrow from Adventurers HQ. Please note, a small refundable deposit may be required to borrow these items.

👟 LAKESIDE GYM EQUIPMENT - Take a break from relaxing and enjoy a mini-workout on our outdoor gym equipment overlooking the lake. Please note this area is for adults only. Entry Key available from Adventurers HQ.

🧭 OUT & ABOUT - Now officially classed as a ‘City’, Milton Keynes has a mixture of both contemporary and historical attractions to visit. You are sure to find plenty of activities within five miles of Gulliver’s, from ice skating to a trampoline park or even virtual golf. Milton Keynes boasts two shopping centres within a couple of miles of Gulliver’s, both with a huge range of shops. Milton Keynes also has 5000 acres of parkland, rivers, lakes and woodland waiting to be explored. The local town of Bletchley, with links to WW2, museums and a local nature reserve, can be found 15 minutes away by car. If it’s a taste of the outdoors you’re after, Woburn can be found 20 minutes away by car, where you can find a deer park and Abbey. For the more adventurous, London is a 45-55 minute train journey from Milton Keynes Central Station, located 3 miles from Gulliver’s.

🍕 FAMILY PIZZA FEAST - Includes two 12” pizzas, garlic bread, chicken wings, fries and 4 cans of soft drink.

🍾 CELEBRATION PACK - Enjoy an evening treat with a bottle of prosecco and a selection of chocolates.

🍬 SWEET SURPRISES - Treat yourself and choose a sweet bouquet to be delivered to your room.

There are a number of food outlets available during your stay offering a variety of different options. Please enquire at Adventurers HQ for opening hours.

🥤 ADVENTURERS HQ - A selection of soft drinks, cereals, milk and snacks are available to purchase from the reception area during it’s opening hours.

🥩 THE RAPTOR RESTAURANT - Offering a selection of pizzas and burgers, a children’s menu and hot and cold drinks. Our bar is open throughout the day, and alcoholic drinks are available to take away.

🍝 THE FARMHOUSE KITCHEN - Offering a range of home cooked meals, sandwiches and light bites, cakes and ice creams. Located in the Dinosaur and Farm park, open park operational days only.

🐟 LILLIPUT CASTLE FOOD COURT - Choose from a range of meals to suit the whole family. Burgers, traditional fish and chips, sandwiches and salads, jacket potatoes, and ice creams on offer. Located in Gulliver’s Land, subject to availability.

THEME PARK DINING

There are a number of food outlets available on the theme park, offering a variety of different options. Opening times may vary per unit. Theme park tickets are required for entry to the park, these may be included in your package.
